Terms & Conditions

All visitors using this service must be 18 years or over. By booking a service with Susanne Richards and using this site you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy and legal disclaimer. By giving us your email address you agree to allow us to send you occasional marketing materials. We will never pass your details to another company.

This website and all the contents in it are protected by copyright laws. No piece of content or information should be misused, reproduced or passed in any way without the permission of Susanne Richards.

Appointment Cancellations - If a reading, healing or mentoring session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% refund will be issued. If the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment, a 100% refund will be issued.

Appointment Privacy - All information discussed and provided during a reading, healing or mentoring session will remain private.

Group Sessions, Workshops and Events

Spiritual practice is founded on the development of self-awareness, an awareness of his or her own physical and mental capabilities and limitations, and the rate at which those limitations can be gradually overcome through practice. It is essential that students retain full responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being during the course.

In registering for a group session or workshop, you confirm that you accept responsibility for informing Susanne Richards about any medical conditions, injuries or changes to your health that may affect your ability to participate. You understand that you participate in spiritual practice at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

​

Susanne Richards will not accept liability for any damages or loss which may arise out of a circle or workshop cancellation. Susanne Richards will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by students in their practice, whether during or outside circles/workshops.

Cancellation Policy

​

If a student withdraws from the group session, workshop or event for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

If the student withdraws more than 30 days before the commencement of the group session, workshop or event - the student will receive a full refund of the total fee.

​

If the student withdraws 29 days or less prior to the group session, workshop or event commencement – a 50% refund will be issued. If the place can be filled by another student in this period a full refund will be issued.

​

If the student withdraws 13 days or less prior to the group session, workshop or event commencement and the place cannot be filled - no refund will be issued.
